How will my first visit look?
Welcome to our practice! We are dedicated to the goal of providing each patient with the highest quality of dental care with exceptional patient service. We are committed to patient care in a warm, gentle manner while encouraging prevention of future dental problems.
Generally, your first visit will include a comprehensive exam and necessary x-rays for proper diagnosis by Dr. Mike or Dr. Jon.
Please bring a list of all current medications to this appointment.
We also request insurance information at this initial visit.
A consultation appointment will then be scheduled to discuss treatment recommendations, costs and financial arrangement options.
Financial and insurance options are available.
We accept most major dental insurances.
Please contact our front office staff to check specific coverage.
Don't have insurance?
Talk to Tabitha at the east side practice or Tammy at the west side practice. They are miracle workers for our clients. Both will work with you to help find a way for dental treatment when you may have thought it wasn't possible.
